Lily Cup B

Availability: In stock (5)

A menstrual cup can be a game changer for periods. Insert it, empty it when you need to, rinse it, and put it back in. Will you be up close and personal with your menstrual blood? Absolutely. That can feel good, be fine or something that is a no go for you. If it's a no go, this isn't the right option for you and that's perfectly ok.

Make sure to sanitize it at the end of each period by boiling it or running it through the dishwasher.

There are several different versions of menstrual cup. Each with a slightly different shape. Which is great, because every body is different and will work better with a different style of cup. How do you know which one will work best for you? Unfortunately, you just have to try different ones and see which one works best for you.

We recommend replacing your cup one to two years.

Why do people use cups? You never run out of period supplies, you don't have to buy period supplies every month and it's better for the environment!
