This class picks up where most other classes stop – we will take your basic knowledge of yourself and your desires from the theoretical into the practical. Whether you’re new to open relationships, or a many-year veteran of them, this class can help you define (or redefine) what you want and how to ask for it. Writing exercises, Q&A, and quizzes will all be used during (and after) this class to help you create your personal relationship mission statement, including core beliefs, needs versus wants, and boundaries. Please bring a notebook or paper, pens, and your own thoughts and ideas with you!
