We ship within the United States and use USPS.

Due to COVID-19, we are not able to have people in our store. We are able to offer contactless curbside pickup. For that option, please select "in-store pickup".

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are able to accept returns only for manufacturer defect. If you experience a product failure within 30 days of receipt of your item, please contact us via email ( [email protected]) or phone (410-467-2632) and we will set up an exchange for the same product. Many products have additional warranties that extend past 30 days. If you are unsure about such warranties, please get in touch with us and we'll send you in the right direction!
